Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tk099", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the tk099 platform accessible at tk099.io and its associated subdomains and applications.
• "Platform" refers to the tk099 website, mobile interface, game lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services offered through tk099.io.
• "User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the tk099 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by an individual to access the full features of the tk099 Platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the total amount of BDT (Bangladesh Taka) held within a User's tk099 Account wallet, including both real-money balances and any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or match deposit rewards credited to a User's account subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by tk099 to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of registered users.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladesh Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "writing" include electronic communications sent to and from registered tk099 account email addresses.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tk099 Platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tk099 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated or amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tk099 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the tk099 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk099 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and applies KYC verification to confirm age compliance. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned where possible, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.
• You must be registering and using the Platform on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
• You must be the sole authorised user of the account you register. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended tk099 account. Each individual may maintain only one account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances subject to review.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has applied a self-exclusion restriction through tk099's responsible gaming tools. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a serious violation of these Terms.

tk099 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for that decision. Accepted registrations remain subject to ongoing KYC verification obligations as described in Section 5 of these Terms.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tk099 account credentials, including your username and password. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including selecting a strong and unique password that is not used for any other online service.

tk099 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any action taken on your account using your valid login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified tk099 in advance that your credentials have been compromised.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been disclosed to or obtained by any third party, you must:

• Contact tk099 support immediately via live chat on the Platform or by emailing support@tk099.io;
• Change your password as soon as access to your account is restored to you;
• Cooperate fully with tk099's security investigation into the incident.

tk099 customer support staff will never ask you for your full password, PIN, or payment method credentials during any support interaction. If you receive any communication purporting to be from tk099 that requests this information, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the tk099 Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at tk099's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tk099 wallet in real time, usually within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on your mobile wallet application. Deposits made via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer subject to your card issuer's processing timelines.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals will require you to provide identity documentation including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests received outside peak hours may take longer to process.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that you own and that have been verified under your registered account identity.
• tk099 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by you before they are processed; once processed, they cannot be reversed.
• tk099 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account as part of ongoing AML compliance obligations.

All funds deposited into your tk099 account are held for the purpose of funding betting and gaming activity on the Platform. tk099 does not pay interest on any balance held in your account wallet.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tk099 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published within each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all tk099 bonuses and promotional offers unless stated otherwise within the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated within each offer.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated within the offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user, per promotional period, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• tk099 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a user's account in good faith.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, or the use of low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

If you wish to make a withdrawal before completing a wagering requirement associated with an active bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited and only your real-money balance (after any applicable deductions) will be released for withdrawal.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the tk099 Platform are subject to the specific game rules or sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game or betting market before participating. General betting and gaming conditions are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk099 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in the limited circumstances described in the applicable game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or network interruption during game play, tk099 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on available system logs. Where a bet or game round cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Odds, pay-tables, and game return-to-player (RTP) rates are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable odds and payout conditions.
• tk099 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed on incorrectly priced markets, or placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be changed by tk099 at any time.

For cricket betting markets specifically, all settlement will be based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, settlement will follow the specific rules published for that market type.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk099 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities within the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using fraudulent payment instruments, stolen payment details, or conducting any transaction on the Platform that constitutes money laundering or fraud under applicable law.
• Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other identity-related process conducted by tk099.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming bonuses multiple times, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Engaging in any conduct that tk099 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, reputation, or operation of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the tk099 Platform — including but not limited to the tk099 brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, software, text, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of tk099 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk099 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without tk099's prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform;
• Use any tk099 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect any data or content from the Platform.

Game content made available through the tk099 Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in such content remain with the respective studio.

Privacy and Data Protection

tk099 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data relating to registered users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the Platform at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Account Suspension and Termination

tk099 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Request from the account holder to close the account voluntarily;
• tk099's decision to cease offering its services in a particular market or to a particular category of user.

Upon account closure or suspension, any real-money balance remaining in your account wallet (net of any forfeited bonus funds and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Dormant account fees may apply to accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, as set out in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform.

You may close your tk099 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 1–2 business days. Any available balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of the closure process.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk099 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond tk099's reasonable control;
• Loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any decisions you make based on information available on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms;
• Losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds you deposit.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit tk099's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The tk099 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk099 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform, or the uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

tk099 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tk099 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users, which may include a notification displayed upon login or an email sent to your registered account address.

The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on the Platform at /terms-conditions, together with the date on which they were last updated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of the Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tk099 Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through tk099's internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any other remedy.

To submit a dispute for review, you must contact tk099 support in writing via email at support@tk099.io, providing full details of the dispute including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation. tk099 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 2 business days and will aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days of acknowledgement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through tk099's internal process to your reasonable satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with relevant regulations. tk099 will cooperate in good faith with any such process.
